The Gallery accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Jcb, UnionPay, Maestro
and Pagobancomat.

The works can also be purchased via email; Payment can be made either by credit card or by bank transfer in Euros.

After the Customer has indicated his intention to purchase, he will receive the proforma invoice and the information to make the payment in the desired way.

From the moment of receipt of the work, the customer has 15 days to renounce the purchase and organize the return shipment at his expense.

1. Packing
   The packaging is carried out with care by a professional company with specific experience in the field of packaging works of art, in wooden or cardboard crates with appropriate material to ensure the integrity of the work contained based on its characteristics of the work itself (weight, volume, dimensions, material).
2. Insurance
   All shipments are insured for the total invoice amount, including shipping.
3. Freight forwarders
   Shipments are made by national and international couriers for both CEE and non-EEC countries.
4. Door to door shipments
   Door to door shipments take place when the dimensions of the packaging do not exceed the maximum
   permitted for a normal shipment via express courier and/or the works are not particularly fragile.
5. Charges and inventories
   The Gallery is not responsible for charges and/or expenses either requested by customs or for storage in
   the forwarders' warehouses due to delayed collection of the works by the Customer.
6. Documents
   Each shipment is accompanied by an invoice and, for non-EEC countries, by a self-certification endorsed by the Export Office of the Superintendency of Archaeology, Fine Arts and Landscape.
   Furthermore, shipments to the United States of America are also accompanied by the declaration for the exemption of import taxes.
7. Shipments ex international airport
   Shipments ex-international airport are carried out in countries where the help of a broker is necessary to carry out customs procedures or in cases where the dimensions of the works exceed the maximum permitted for shipments via standard courier.
